President Donald Trump, Eric Trump, and multiple associated business entities have just initiated what appears to be the highest-profile "debanking" lawsuit to date.
Excellent reporting, Jackie. Information about this suit is so important for people to know. I wonder if they are inadvertently making it harder for themselves to cut their own perceived enemies off from banking.
Every time I hear anyone say 45 won, I think about what really got him in the White House. He cheated, and constantly blames democrats for everything his campaign was actually doing.
…this country on its way to become a criminal capital of the world, just like soviet union, those 5 million dollar visas are invitation for every criminal of the world to come here to hide their crimes and this country will produce a steady flow of new world phenomenon - american refugees
A friend of mine is a banker in SC and was approached by a rep of Don Jr who was looking for financing on a project that had already been turned down by their usual lenders. It took my friend very little time to see that the venture had already burned to the ground once financially and nothing in the business plan changed the approach. He turned down the opportunity to do business with them but at least did the due diligence. He knew the usual Trump Co plan was to leverage the hell out of lenders in high risk ventures and then famously sprint away leaving those lenders holding the debts and worthless assets. There was nothing asymmetrical in the knowledge this was a bad debtor and there's no way any lender in the world feels any differently. FWIW, my friend is now a blue pill Trump voter ("because, the economy", he says after personally turning them away from any financial relationship but, blue pill.) Sigh.
Jackie, this is an important analysis. I urge you to submit it to the court along with your credentials in the form of an amicus curaie brief.

This is an excellent concise report about a genuinely concerning situation.
