The Orange Hitler, following his dictator predecessors, is committing crime after crime against humanity. He and those executing his directives will sooner or later be paying their dues at the International Criminal Court.

Acting as a law enforcement agent (which the president is), sending prisoners to another prison, particularly prisoners of nationality external to the USA, hardly seems like a crime against humanity. Get out and see the sky, get some sun, turn off the tv.

Of all the things I mentioned, it was the name that bothered you. MAGA doesn’t belong here. The adults are talking. Go crawl back to the hole from whence you and Mango Mussolini came. *Block*

So many MAGA thugs who don’t read or flunk History in middle school want to voice their opinion on a thread that they’re not welcome in.

Okay, maybe Google can help. Please google Duterte arrested by ICC; what happens to dictators when their regime ends; Louis XI and the French Revolution; Napoleon; Hitler ends in a bunker.

These are good starting points.

The MAGAs are triggered… Pay attention:

You’re on a social media that is privately owned. Much like Twitter, there’s TOS (terms of service) that basically is its own government when it comes to rules, that includes which speech is allowed. “Free speech” here doesn’t include spewing bile and hate.

Fair warning, your compatriots have been already been suspended.

JFC, you are not a sharp knife. we have been ruled by unelected bureaucrats since many decades. Where were the judges when Biden was importing terrorists and millions of illegals on our dime with an orchestrated invasion of USA?

This is a classis case of judicial overreach. The district Court is an "inferior court" created by the Legislative branch of government. The judge of an inferior court cannot interfere with the President's constitutional presidential powers and they are powerless to enforce their order. The powers and authority of the executive branch is vested in one person - the President.

Well of course they ignore the court. The Supreme Court essentially gave them permission to do whatever they wanted when Trump was granted almost unlimited immunity. Nobody can possibly be surprised by what's taking place.

So it's now set. Almost all the pieces are in place. The US Marshals have hinted they will not support the courts. The supreme Court will most likely decide in the regimes favor by a 6 to 4 majority. When this happens and it will We will cease to be a Democratic Republic and become a full-fledged autocracy.

If the Supreme Court rules 6-4 in Trump’s favor, his actions are legal. See how that works?🤷🏽‍♀️

Okay I'll answer the question for you. So when you bend the rules for one group of people, I'm not arguing their trash, what you effectively do is lower the standard by which the government can arrest someone. The reason why we have due process is prevent the government from snatching anyone up it doesn't like this is extremely slippery slope and people need to know that. Yes if these people we're breaking laws they should be dealt with and not summarily executed. Keep in mind that one day you may wish they followed the rule of law. It always starts with picking out the worst in a group to make people like yourself get comfortable with the whole idea. Once you're comfortable they can start expanding onto the next group of people. so I'm asking you to have a little foresight and understand that this is the process that has been used countless times by dictators fascist and the like. Please do proper research and not listen to pundits. This is just a little advice from a fellow American and liberal gun carrying defender of justice.

There's multiple cases of this administration ignoring judicial orders, setting the precedent that the judicial branch of government is irrelevant. There's also multiple cases of Executive Orders being issued with the intent of overriding laws that require an Act of Congress to change, setting the precedent that the legislative branch of irrelevant. How long before we are literally in a dictatorship?

Sorry to say but that time of wondering is over. Welcome to the autocracy. April 15th will be exactly 250 years to the day that the American revolution started with the first shot. Decorum, decency, Liberty and soon to be freedom are out. Unfortunately I predict that soon the rivers will run red because no autocrat in history has ever given up willingly. I don't know where the quote comes from but it says like ...from time to time The tree of Liberty must be refreshed with the blood of patriots. I think the gunpowder is being stacked and America is just looking to find the right ignition source. But that's just my take on things.
